enaibly is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
Accessibility features on this site
- Keyboard navigation support across all interactive elements
- Visible focus indicators for keyboard users
- Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy
- ARIA labels and roles on icon-only controls
- Color contrast meeting WCAG 2.1 AA (4.5:1 for text, 3:1 for large text)
- Resizable text up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- Accessibility widget for font-size scaling and high-contrast toggle (bottom-left of every page)
- Skip-to-content link at the top of every page
- Form labels associated with their inputs
- Plain-language copy throughout
Compatibility
This site is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack screen readers
- Browser zoom up to 200%
- Standard keyboard navigation (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, Esc, arrow keys)
- Voice control on macOS and Windows
Limitations and known issues
Despite our best efforts, some content may not be fully accessible. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us and we will address it as quickly as possible. Known limitations include:
- Some legacy call-recording playback controls use third-party players we are migrating off of
- Real-time live-coaching cues are SMS-only today; in-app screen-reader support is on the roadmap

enaibly assesses the accessibility of this site through a combination of self-evaluation, automated scanning (axe-core, Lighthouse), and user testing with assistive technologies. We commit to a full re-audit at least annually.
